Jonathan Fairbanks began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City where he was prosecutor in the organized crime investigation memorialized in the film “Goodfellas” and several books written on that subject. Since joining Alan Zwiebel he has practiced criminal defense, recently winning an acquittal of all felony charges in a sexual abuse/kidnapping case.

Alan Zwiebel has successfully represented people charged with everything from shooting death of a rap music producer (a case featured in the New York Daily News) to driving under the influence.
